As an exclusive training provider for Detroit at Work, a job training initiative developed by Mayor Mike Duggan. Emerging Industries Training Institute (EITI) has a decade of employer-led training success and job placement. While boasting a 93% training completion and placement rate, EITI has managed to maintain a 95%employee retention rate.

Through our partnership with Detroit at Work, EITI has specifically targeted and trained in industries where there is high demand, labor shortages or skills gaps; that prevent residents  from taking  advantage of local employment opportunities. EITI is creating a paradigm shift in workforce development training; customizing our training and customer service delivery model to meet the ever changing needs of our clients.

EITI is Metro-Detroit’s premier, employer-led training provider.  Since 2009, EITI’s innovative approach to workforce development training has allowed our state certified school to flourish; gaining preferred training provider status amongst vested workforce development agencies.

EITI’s mission is to empower individuals striving to improve their quality of life by providing access  to opportunities that encourage individual growth and nurture economic self-sufficiency through high growth employment.

EITI offers flexible scheduling, customized curricula, and on-going communication with customers (both job seekers and businesses). Our company keeps students engaged through course completion and job placement. As a result, employers have access to a qualified labor pool from which to select.  These efforts contribute to strong performance outcomes.
